Lunch with the Girls

Lauren Baker, Steph West, Angie Reed, Carrie Roberts, me

Last weekend I got together with some of my friends from high school. It was so nice to get together and reminisce about all the fun times we had together. Man it was nice being young and not having to worry about a thing, and I totally miss the shopping! Angie brought her brand new baby, Kinley, she is darling! Thanks to Steph for finally getting us all together!!!

Sweet Husband

These were sitting on the counter when I got home from work one night. With tax season beginning I have suddenly been working many more hours than I have been. So Brad bought these flowers for me to help relieve the stress and to let me know how much he loves me. He seriously is an awesome husband. I love him so much.

New Years Weekend

I cannot believe that new years was a few weeks ago, time goes by so fast. New Years weekend was a blast. We took Justin and Steph up to Brad's family cabin in Timberlakes. It was a lot of fun. We went snowmobiling, played games, and Brad and Justin had farting wars the whole weekend, they thought they were so funny.

Saturday morning we woke up to 3 or 4 inches of snow, which made for some good powder, but it was freezing outside.
Since it was so cold outside we played Apples to Apples and Phase 10 a million times. We also found an old vintage BINGO in one of the closets, the best part was spinning the cage and trying to get the numbers to come out.

Justin and Brad thought it would totally be funny if they took a picture of each other taking a picture of each other. They were being really silly, it was way past our bedtime.

Snow

We got a ton of snow over Christmas weekend. This picture does not even do it justice. Poor Brad had to snowblow several times on Christmas day and the day after. The storm even knocked out the power to our house for about on hour on Christmas morning. We got the truck stuck twice on Christmas day, one of the times we slide into a huge pile of snow in front of our house and Brad and the neighbor had to dig us out, it was pretty embarrassing. It was perfect to have so much snow on Christmas day, it was definately a white Christmas.

Christmas

I can't believe Christmas has already come and gone! It is so much work for one day, but it is totally worth it! We are very fortunate to have a large family and lots of fun parties all through out December! My favorite thing about the Christmas season is getting together with family and friends so here are a ton of pictures to show you what a great time we had.

The Kohler Christmas party was our first party of the Christmas season, and it was a perfect way to start out the season. Grandma and Grandpa took everyone to Golden Corral where we had a great big lunch and exchanged presents. Following lunch we went to Hale Theater's A Christmas Carol. It was an awesome play! Here is a picture of a few of us at Lunch while we exchanged gifts.

Here we are at Grandma and Grandpa Stringham's house all snuggled on the couch while we exchanged gifts.
This is Jaxson and Carter admiring Jaxson's new toy. They were so excited. Man I hope they still have fake tools when I have kids, they are so cute!
This is my Grandma Stringham. She is opening a big ole' picture frame for Bearlake. It has a lot of fun pictures of us all doing fun things in Bearlake. Grandma and Grandpa were so excited!
Christmas at Mom and Dad's: Here is Jaxson and my dad playing with Brad's new nut drivers. Jaxson had a lot of fun stealing them from Brad and putting them into his pockets.
Here Jaxson starring at Brad, waiting for him to let him play with his tools.
CJ is way too cool for pictures, so I had to put this one up for all to see.
Here are the Park's:
Here are the Bigler's:
Here is Brad opening presents. I love this picture, he is always laughing and smiling, but I rarely get a good picture from him. He thinks I take way too many pictures of him, but that is because he is so dang cute!
Look at all the presents Brad and I gave each other! Brad always teases me because I insist on wrapping every little thing we get each other! We really got spoiled.

Unfortunately Brad and I do not have one picture with the two of us together on Christmas morning, so here are two separate pictures of us first thing in the morning! Here I am with my new flag for my four wheeler!
Here is Brad opening his new drill!
Unfortunately we did not get one picture with Brad's family, so we will have to do better next year. We had a blast with them as well.

I am so sad that Christmas is already gone, it always goes by too fast. I am already counting down for Christmas 2009!!!

Family Pictures

Last Sunday we had family pictures with the whole Stringham family. Even though it was a pain to get all the boys to cooperate, the pictures turned out pretty cute.

Here is a picture of Brad and I. This is one of our first official family picture since we got married four years ago. It's about time we have a new picture to hang on the wall.

Here is the whole family.
Back Row: Brett and CaliAnn, Kristi and Brad (the really tall guy), Mom and Dad, CJ, and Bobbi, Dan, and Jaxson.
On the Rock: Tiffani and Danielle

Here are the original Stringham kids! 5 girls and 1 boy. This is my very favorite picture, it really shows how much CJ loves his sisters!
I feel extremely lucky to have such a great family! It is so nice that we live all close by and see each other often. We have such a great time together. I love you all!
